Real Estate Hint #23 - Realtors don't give out mortgage information. That is not our job. There are mortgage counselors at banks and real estate companies that specialize in mortgages. They have all the information about current mortgage rates and loan programs. Realtors can provide names of reputable mortgage people, but not the actual mortgage particulars.
